I. Project Background and Challenges

One of the main challenges was maintaining consistency between the production materials and the client's approved sample. As Green Agate is a natural semi-precious stone with unique variations in color and pattern, careful slab selection was required to achieve a uniform appearance throughout the project. In addition, the backlit effect of the agate panels needed to closely match the sample provided by the client. Ensuring consistent translucency, color tone, and overall visual performance across all floor tiles was a critical requirement. To achieve the desired installation result, each panel also required detailed layout planning before production to ensure a harmonious flow of patterns across the floor area.
