Chloé Boutique Manila Project | Portugal Cream Limestone Retail Store Stone Application

The Chloé Boutique at Greenbelt 4, Manila used Portugal Cream Limestone across the flooring, interior walls, exterior façade, as well as custom display stands and showcase units, creating a soft and consistent natural stone aesthetic throughout the store.

I. Project Background and Challenges

Beyond large-format stone applications, the project also involved complex custom fabrication, including curved panels, fan-shaped pieces, and vertical curved elements. Some countertop structures were produced with honeycomb backing to reduce weight while maintaining stability, requiring high precision in both fabrication and installation.

II.Project Highlights

★ Integrated Stone Application

Portugal Cream Limestone was used across multiple areas of the store, including: Exterior wall cladding, Interior wall finishes, Flooring, Custom display furniture. The consistent material palette helped create a clean and refined retail environment.

★ Multiple Surface Finishes

Different finishes were applied based on functional and visual needs: Matte finish for the exterior façade, Leather finish for the flooring. The combination added texture variation while maintaining an overall unified look.

★ Custom Curved Fabrication

The project included several technically demanding stone details, such as: Curved panels, Fan-shaped pieces, Vertical curved fabrication, Honeycomb composite countertops. These elements required precise fabrication control and detailed production coordination.

★ Pre-Layout and Quality Control

Before production, slabs were pre-arranged to review vein consistency and overall appearance. Quality control also covered slab dimensions, thickness, and finishing details to improve installation accuracy on site.

III. Project Outcome & Global Chloe Boutiques Project Experience

The completed project delivers a calm and refined retail space with a natural stone atmosphere that aligns with the Chloé brand aesthetic. The soft beige tone and subtle texture of Portugal Cream Limestone helped create a warm and understated luxury feel throughout the boutique. 

In addition to the Manila boutique, we have also supplied stone for several other Chloé stores, including Chloé HK Pacific Place, Chloé HK Harbour City, and Chloé HK SOGO Causeway Bay. The project also reflects our experience in handling custom retail stonework, especially for luxury fashion stores requiring consistent material selection, curved fabrication, and detailed finishing.

IV.Material Used

Portugal Cream Limestone is a classic beige limestone known for its soft color tone and fine natural texture. It is widely used in luxury retail, hospitality, and high-end commercial interiors.
